One of Obama's buddies in his current administration needs to teach him the meaning of the word "tax."

Even George Stephanopoulos of ABC News (shocking!) was able to eloquently tell the President the meaning of the word tax, especially given the proposed tax on those opting out of health insurance under Obama Care.

Geesh, I thought Obama went to Harvard Law School. Maybe someone needs to "look into" that.
